Hobitar
Hobitar started as a military outlook on the ravine next to the borders of Hobbit Valley. Even though it still primarily functions as an imperial military settlement, some have also settled down here to live a peaceful life away from civilization, yet still under the protection of the empire.
Demographics
Soldiers are often sent here to retire ever since there's peace between Hobbit Valley and Ruanon. Otherwise its citizen are those that enjoy life away from others.
