History
Civil war broke out in Vin Tallim during the second Gau Dwarovar coalition war. The settlement was founded as a place where the rebels could be brought to be imprisoned, since the other settlements lacked capacity. This prison eventually became what Talzkatráz is today. It's rise of popularity is thanks to the formation of the Inquisition that eventually took the nation over and merged into the Leviathan Inquisition - making this settlement the undisputed capital of the nation.
