Districts

The districts of the past were the:
  • Government District - the quarter of the town at the entrance, where the palace and non-guild-affiliated residential houses were kept.
  • The Guild Districts - the many disctricts specifically built for industrial guilds as campuses - the largest of which was the BRV Campus.
  • Portal District - a tiny district near the middle of the town, on the edge of the Government District, where the Portal of Dwarovar - Bilta is located.

History

Bilta was a generic, unremarkable town before the Age of Industry, then it became a town filled with all kinds of clockwork elements, as the cradle of the Age of Industry. Constant noise, pipes and ticking clocks were on every street, amongst the many factories. This lasted until 1090-1094 Aoc, after which the Disciples of the Collective took the settlement over - betrayed by their own Ruler, Sigmund Apbar.
