Effect
The afflicted can explode, dealing damage equal to how many hit points they have left multiplied by 1d10. This explosion affects a 50-foot radius. After exploding, the afflicted must save versus death with a bonus of +5 or die. If successful, reduce health to 1-1d10. The afflicted will not bleed out. All previously bleeding wounds are cauterized.
