Effect
The afflicted can shoot gas from their hand up to 50 feet to another creature. This beam drains 1 hit point per round from the afflicted and heals 1d4 hit points to the target. The ray can be maintained for a number of rounds equal to the afflicted’s constitution, but if ended prematurely, the legacy ends. If moving from one creature to another, the first round of healing a new creature heals only 1 point of health as some energy is lost while switching targets.
