Effect

By casting this spell, the caster can read the estimated numerical value of a creature’s power based on various factors. For every level of the caster divisible by 3, they can read one creature’s power level within sight. The factors for a creature’s power level are listed below:

Base = 0
Every 5 hit points = +10
Each ability score of 14-15 = +15
Each ability score of 16-17 = +25
Each ability score of 18-19 = +40
Each ability score of 20 = +60
Each ability score of 21 = +85
Each ability score of 22 = +110
Each ability score of 23 = +140
Each ability score of 24 = +190
Each ability score of 25 = +250
Each ability score above 25 (if game allows) = +500
Each language spoken beyond natural = +10
Each 20% toward a thief ability = +15
Each level of weapon proficiency beyond proficient = +30
Each different non-weapon proficiency = +5
Each different weapon proficiency = +10
Each first-level spell able to cast = +10
Each second-level spell able to cast = +25

Any of these factors could have an increase in the total power level bonus of up to an additional 300% depending on the magnitude or strength of an ability.

Manifestation

The caster, and only the caster, can see a number floating above the creatures being evaluated. This number reflects the creature's power level.
