Effect

This spell has two variations:
(A) The caster may concentrate on a blast affecting all creatures in the blast radius. The damage is 1d4 fire and 1d4 lightning for each round concentrated, up to a maximum of 5 rounds. The blast radius is 10 feet per round concentrated.
(B) The caster may concentrate on a ball of lightning and fire to send to one creature dealing 2d8 damage per round concentrated, up to a maximum of 5 rounds. The range is 10 feet per round concentrated.
