Effect

The caster whips out a lash of golden lightning conjured from holy light. This electrocutes the target, doing 1d10 damage for every two levels of the caster, reducing the target’s movement speed to a quarter and dropping their chance to hit by 1 point for every three levels.
This spell only affects those of evil alignment or of undead nature.
