Gûr

Half-Orcs are divided over how they came to be, caused by their inherited division. Being a mixture of a human and an Orc, their ideas on religion depend on their upbringing. Most Half-Orcs either believe or respect the Humans’ Pantheon. However, there is a band of Half-Orcs that embrace their primal heritage, and therefore worship Gûr, the Orcs’ war God. In Dalad-Dor, these Half-Orcs are based in their stronghold, Grom’Dal.

According to these Half-Orcs and their Orc ancestors, their War God has incredible power, and has gained most of it by eating those pretending to be Gods or deities. Gûr did not busy himself with creating the world as we know it; he rather had other lesser deities do it for him, only to eat them afterwards. They do not believe in fate, but rather in choices made by Gûr, however they might play out. There is no devil, no evil, just Gûr. The other races, in their eyes, are but vermin, waiting to be consumed in Gûr unending hunger. They will do anything to gain or keep their master's favour.
