Primus

Primus, also known as Prime Reagent, (or Prime Substrate, etc.) is a potent "arcane amplifier", a magical reagent/material component, intended to replace (in small quantity) other spell components of high material costs. So far the only reference of this material has been in the personal notes of High-Researcher Elas Wiefrund in his tower study at the Research Institute.
