Gadaric Main Character in D&D Forgotten Realms | World Anvil

Gadaric Main

Gadaric appears to be the epitome of the classic court wizard—a stooped, well-dressed old man with a flowing grey beard. His true age is unknown. Cold and cheerless, knowledge and magic are his only loves.

He serves as the chief advisor to Prince Andru, and has a long history of working in the royal court. Gadaric was once the personal tutor of the prince, and feels a deep sense of loyalty and responsibility towards him. However, his impulsive nature and short temper often lead to conflicts and misunderstandings with others, particularly when he feels that his authority or advice is being challenged. He is unpredictable and rash and often acts on whim. A brilliant, but unreliable Proconsul, he often seeks conflict merely to unleash his firepower.

Despite his flaws, Gadaric is driven by a desire to protect and serve the prince, as well as to advance his own position and influence within the court. He is also deeply committed to the well-being of the kingdom and will go to great lengths to ensure its safety and prosperity.

Gadaric is also the President of The Fireball Alliance and sworn to protect the Rock of Bral at all costs.
