They would not have this exclusive manufacturing technology for long: As in 1940 a massive amount of other disgruntled companies formed a massive antitrust law suit against them, and won it in 1945 after a long and bitter legal battle, that forced the Lyndon motor company’s proprietary manufacturing technology into the public domain for all to use for free.

The Development of the Warp Engines begins in the year 1892 with the Caisium Material development program lasting from 1892 till 1900: Where a Material able to creative negative gravity wells, and manipulate gravity over all was searched for and found. Although it was doing this via normal gravity, as at the time in 1892 to 1900 the The Jackson Force "TJ Force" was not know of to exist, discovered, and or even theorized about yet.

Spurred by the Loss of the Previous FTL technology in 1890 more specifically the perception of loss: Despite the technology not actually being lost, due to extensive archiving of how the drives functioned by the Deciding 11 Committee, and safe guarding two of the drives that where actually build into two Diplomatic type ships.
