Aboard the Leviathan Report

General Summary

Editor's note: I need to be better about putting this in here. We do a good job reviewing at the table but I'll be sure to upload on the weekend while the information is fresh. Took too long to get the cobwebs shaken off after Covid. Love you all and happy to be back!

• The party boarded the Leviathan, Imra and Auxi left a note suggesting that Imra believed she could help Auxi and took him away.
• On board the Leviathan the party scouted around trying to find out more about the ship they were on.
• Martiri shifted into a toad to scout the hold, from which the party was forbidden to enter. Inside she found the galley with an orc chef and a Manticore chained up in the back of the hold.
• The party had a feast on deck with the captain, a traditional ritual once underway. It turns out the Orc chef bears the same tattoo as Martiri, a mark of their clan. He claimed to know her parents and assumed her dead, he is essentially her uncle.
• Ms.Crimsby was summoned and immediately was gravely upset that she was summoned to a place with great evil lurking so near. The party became concerned as she panicked and insisted someone would have to help her escape and that great magic was keeping her there. Claiming the contract was broken, she chose Heiron randomly and drained the life of the Tortle to channel a portal spell and retreat.
• After Ms.Crimsby left, the party had little time to mourn his loss as they were under siege by a Kraken.
• The manticore was released to help defend the ship and the party took up arms against the Kraken, fending it off.
