Sutyx, former god of rituals

Sutyx once aided Mithra in watching over the mana laylines. The two of them became lovers, infaturated with one another, and the love they shared made the magic of Cynthia potent and vibrant.

Upon Mithra's death, Sutyx was filled with unrighteous rage, and he sought to destroy the mortals for their blatant disregard for the gods. But Sutyx was calculated and patient, alluring the mortal who took Mithra's place into indulging into uncoontrollable black magics. When the mortal took the bait, Sutyx took control of the ascended mortal's mind and swallowed their essence, destroying them in the process.

Al Nacash respected Sutyx for taking action against the mortal, but the High Deities rightly shunned his anger. After the Calamity, Sutyx was banished to a demiplane where the mana laylines could not reach. There, he remains today, unable to tap into the Weave and unable to escape.
