Mamus, former god of fate

Mamus, former god of fate, has always been a prideful trickster, seeking only to futher his own power. He favored walking amongst the mortals, appearing as one of them, being identified simple by a big ostentatious hat and thick cigar in his mouth.

Mamus was given dominion over fate, being able to write mortal stories, destining certain mortals to become fabled heroes, and others to become nothing more than a paperweight in comparison.

During the Calamity, Mamus would take the sould of mortals into his domain, striking deals with them in order to rewrite their fate. Doing so, he would gain countless warlocks indebted to his servitude, and he forced them to fight on the side of the Betrayer gods until he was ultimately defeated. Mamus' prison was a demiplane outside the lineage of time. He couldn't affect the threads of fate, and the nonlinear progression of time drove him mad.
