Marble Community - Valtaska
Standing against the Shimmer Castle and across from the High Markets, the Marble Community is the home to the nobles, courtiers, and wealthest merchants in Valtaska, and often Tanaviak as a whole. Virtually only a residential homes exist in this district, but each home takes up a large section of the city as every noble holds their own keeps and mansions with as much land as they can capture within the urban environments.
To accomadate the needs of the wealthy, several urban parks and preserves dot this district to allow the nobles to enjoy nature within the safety of their neighborhood. Many of these parks are secluded, but each have their own dedicated Shimmer WIsps, allowing for safety even in the secluded nature of these parks.
Security and Encounters
While normal patrols are common, they are no more frequent in this district than any other due to the nobles preferance for their own hired guards and the habit of nobles to have their own Vrakmails. This district does have the highest number of Shimmer Wisps, outside of the Shimmer Castle itself, patrolling around, making it difficult to escape at least one seeing-eye.Potential Threats
Few threats directly exist that are part of passing through the district itself. Most altercations involve misidentification or fights with a noble while being a guest.- Despite being a guest at one of the nobles, their Vrakmail keeps antagonizing them.
- A Shimmerwisp tails the party for awhile. Eventually it leaves, and guards approaching them for "Suspicious activitiy".
- While passing one of the manners, someone calls the parties attention from inside a nearby grounds requesting their assistance in getting them out.
- A merchant with an elaborat cart is leaving a merchant and asks if the party is interested in any of his exotic potions he sells.
- Two nobles can be heard whispering in one of the parks. When they notice the party, they suddenly become silent, glaring at them.

No Services exist that are not intended specifically for the nobles of the community.Interesting Facts
- The Rann Dynasty, to include numerous cadet branches, own nearly half of all the keeps and manors in the Marble Community.
- Many homes are carved from the rocky outcrops that existed in the area before the city, giving many of the manors a unique style.
- There is only one Burrow-Manor, a style of underground manor, in the whole of the Marble Community, owned by the Drigurn Family.
- The Emerald Society is the only commercial establishment that exist. It is an exclusive organization for residents of the Marble Community.
- Three times a portal has opened to the feyscape, releasing chaos in the community. There has never been any information discovered as to why or how.
