RiddleRiddle - Swoyer
(a.k.a. RiddleRiddle)
Mr. Swoyer (who you first met as RiddleRiddle) may have seemed extremely out of place as a Ganger, but as soon as he removed the disguise, he did not seem like such a fool.
You first saw him sitting in Phox 's booth (no less, his seat) wearing a leather jacket, with a striking mohawk, lookin' 'ripped' but with 'too many gang colors', and no clear gang insignia. He said he was from Maelstrom, but the moment that was tested he folded like a poorly constructed house of cards.
Mr. Swoyer
His real identity is that of a Mr. Swoyer, who works at the NC City Hall. He was vague about exactly what he did there, but he was NOT vague about what he wanted or why he was there.
History
He had been working with Data , and showed concrete evidence (a receipt, proof of authenticity, and a photo of himself purchasing the item) of having bought and been the owner of a very fancy antique pocket watch. The same pocket watch that Data sold at the Midnight Market. He also showed you photographic evidence of the party being WITH Data when they made the sale (which is probably how he tracked you down, the next day). They were set up by "some fixer", but he would not clarify or give you more info as to why.
When Phoxmentioned that Tyger Claws attacked, he seemed to react but it's not clear what his reasoning for the reaction was.
What He Wants
He doesn't care about Data , all he wants is the watch back. And he wants it "NOW" (3 days or less).
He also threatened (IN A GANGER BAR) to call in the NCPD to arrest the party, and he seemed to mean it.
