Primary Effect
- Duration: 4 hours
- Yellow, foamy, and sold in cans everywhere.
- For the duration of the Primary Effect, the user feels euphoric, loose, happy, and ready to party. In game terms this gives the user +2 to the following Skills: Dance, Contortionist, Conversation, Human Perception, Persuasion, and Acting.
- If the user wasn't already addicted to Smash, they are now. While addicted, the user feels a loss of interest in normally enjoyable activities (you fall into severe acute depression {SAD}) and has -2 to the following Skills: Dance, Contortionist, Conversation, Human Perception, Persuasion, and Acting. You must also make a WILL save of DV 15 for every craving or suffer from suicidal ideation, and catatonia until your next fix.
- When addicted to Smash, your GM will occasionally tell you when you crave more Smash, and you should do your best to roleplay accordingly.
History
Smash is 2020's answer to alcohol — it's yellow, foamy, and comes in cans. It makes you loose, happy and ready to party. The downside is that when it wears off, its psychological addiction component makes you suicidal. If you fail your addiction Save, you sink into total catatonia; a feebly mumbling ball of pain — a ripe target for some Booster looking for spare change.
