Possibly the most popular food in the world is fish pizza. It begins with pizza dough often covered in a thin layer of olive oil instead of red sauce. Then a layer of cooked rice is applied to the surface, on top of which are placed pieces of raw fish (Which is usually soy replacement, except for the wealthy.) Other toppings may be added, such as pepperoni or olives, but it is then covered in a layer of shredded cheese and baked in a pizza oven. The raw fish is cooked in the oven, and the cheese melts and saturates everything. The crust is a crispy yet tender consistency. Mmm, fish-licious!
