US 102 million, New York 6 million, Russia 48 million, UK 21 million. Each around a third of what they once were.
These losses are due largely to the starvation, followed closely by disease, which in turn is closely connected to starvation, and from natural disasters, conflicts and violence that characterised the entire 21st century and only worsen into the 22nd.
