Whistlegrove
Whistlegrove is the at the center of the Grisenwood and is home of the Ironwood trees. It is said it was founded near the dawn of civilization by a long forgotten Archdruid trying to protect the local trees. Over time the druids that lived in the area tended to those trees started to settle there and form a conclave which would latter become the ruling faction.
As time progressed it became more settled and civilized. The residents mostly composed of the descendants of the original conclave, tradesmen whos ancestors tried to harvest the wood, and fae creatures who either got lost or decided to remain here.
Demographics
Most of the denizens of Whistlegrove are either humans, elves, or fae residents who decided to stay on the material plane.
Government
The government is run by a conclave of druids and is lead by the current Archdruid.
Defences
Most structures are made out of Ironwood and the druids commune with the natural forces of the area to drive away invaders.
Assets
The best asset Whistlegrove has is the vast reserves of Ironwood which are highly sought after by outsiders.
Guilds and Factions
Most of the known Ironwood crafters live in Whistlegrove and take vows of secrecy of the craft. Only passing the true secrets to their apprentices who have also taken the vow.

The oldest Ironwood tree is located at the center of Whistlegrove and serves as the home to the Archdruid and the conclave of druids that live in Whistlegrove.
Tourism
Many come to study Ironwood and to appreciate the craftsmanship a select few are able to use and even fewer master.
Architecture
Most of the buildings are made out of the older Ironwood trees. Instead of chopping down the tree, ancient druids shaped the trees to form what they needed.
