From there they spend the next three years at their nearest bank to learn the ways of financing, economy, and accounting. Once their mentor deems them ready they are allowed temporary control of the bank to test their knowledge.
After that depending on the culture it can range from Military training, magical training, or any various demands of the specific nation.
