Appearance

A male Speerkat who is fairly tall for his species at 4’6” with the typical yellow-brown fur with black markings around his eyes and tail. Among speerkats he is fairly attractive, though the differences between attractive and not are difficult to tell for most outsiders. He wears the typical cobalt blue uniform and white beret of the Republic Navy, with 4 gold stripes and the rank insignia of a Captain. A few medals and ribbons are present when in full dress uniform, the most noteworthy being from his service at the Battle of Far Oasis.

Description

Captain Kalpir is considered one of Republic Navy’s better officers, and one of the best for representing the Karqwati to the wider galactic community. He is personable, outgoing, and an explorer at heart. It was for these traits that he was selected to command the Spirina for her deployment out to unknown space, and contact with the wider galaxy. His service record also speaks of a proficient warrior, both in anti-piracy patrols and the Battle of Far Oasis. Has a taste for speerkat teas, and will probably develop a liking for other species’ equivalents as well.
