Clovin Belview is an inhabitant of the Abbey of Saint Markovia, and a mongrelfolk cursed by the Abbot.
The heroes have yet to meet Clovin, but through discussions with other Belviews they have learned that his responsibilities include feeding the other mongrelfolk within the Abbey.
