Bill

Bill is a purple half-dragon, and leads a crew of winged kobolds aboard a rudimentary spelljammer barge.
Bill lead an attack force on the heroes while they were heavily wounded and staying at the Wizard of the Wines. After an extremely brief battle, he was defeated and captured, but not before infecting Klaus with some strange affliction. In exchange for his release, Bill gave information on who had sent him, and where they were located: the ruler of Bluetspur, in the peaks of Mount Ghakis.
He suggested that approaching his boss would lead to domination, doubly so for Klaus, due to their current affliction.
