Jiunan Lychwright

A tall, pale man with raven black hair and black eyes, Jiunan Lychwright has served the Dark Lady, Death's Guardian, since he was a boy. The cleric has found in Barovia a land in need of cleansing, where abounds an inordinate number of creatures who have attempted to escape the grasp of death. It is his duty to see that these creatures pass through the veil and never return to work their mischief upon the living.
After arrivng in Barovia he wandered for a time before encountering the party when they had their fortunes told by Madam Eva. Deciding there was greater safety in numbers, he chose to join the eclectic group and has served them well as their healer. 
Jiunan sees it as his mission to see that the dead pass beyond the veil, and his forthrightness in pursuit of this goal has earned him many enemies amongst the denizens of Baroiva. Most notable of these is Ludmilla Vilisevic, whose plots he has interfered with one time too many.
