Galactic Council

While derivatives of The Empire have come and gone, ever since the establishment of Cithara, the galactic council has stood as a beacon of peace, cooperation and security. Most all states have at least one seat on the council, and even sectors and independent colonies of galactic importance get a seat or a say. It is said that, were it not for the council and the creation of its Paladins, the The Great War would have been lost.
