Depending on the source that feeds the tree it comes from, the ore has a different color; green, red, blue etc. As the metal comes from living metallic trees created by metaphysical means, the ore holds a great magical aptitude.

Blood ore had a lustrous gleam and can hold a colorful sheen when exposed to light. The color depends on the source of the blood, whether from the original trees created by lizardmen or newer trees that thrive on blood skeletons.

Origin & Source

The Blood Iron originates from the metallic trees in Bloodore Grove. Usually, the metal is collected from the fallen leaves on the ground as it's very difficult to cut limbs off the trees.

Discovered by Anise when she created the trees, first collected and used by Azollae, the blacksmith.
