The Red Woman is spotted wandering the fields near Atria.

Watchmen stationed on the walls of Atria spot dozens of people wandering through the fields nearby, each following behind a woman in red. As they drew nearer, it became evident that the line of followers was attached by a thin red wisp of mist to the woman in the lead. The watchers feel a deep sense of dread - several abandon their posts, while others call an alert.
  Nothing obvious happens to Atria, though the night does turn somewhat crimson and misty. In the morning, there are numerous missing persons, though the authorities write it off as a coincidence. Many of the watchermen on the wall disappear as well. No bodies are ever found.
