The ruling council of Astrum, including the seven of the most powerful deities. They are responsible for approving names, promoting Celestials to higher ranks, and exiling those who violate the rules of Paradisi society. Dubbed "Heaven's Seven" by an Aedvect centuries ago. It stuck.
