Personal history

Artur was born in 1866 in Logan Harbour. He grew up working on boats with his father, and at the age of 16, when a recruitment drive went through his town, Artur joined the Etrian Nautical Forces. He slowly worked his way up the ranks until he reached the rank of Admiral.

Artur has been a member of the Nautical forces since the age of 16, and has only left due to his presumed death giving him a way out of the forces.

Artur has reached the rank of Admiral. This isn't something he's proud of, though.

Motivation

After an encounter with the pirate Walworth the Executioner which killed the rest of the crew of his ship, Artur has discovered that he has a chance to not be a part of the forces, as he is assumed dead. He is using this chance to attempt to overthrow the emperor and reveal the secrets about the emperor and empire that he has learnt during his time in the forces.
