A Guild merchant prince who arrived in Gullwing approximately 6 months ago, Actaeon acquired a significant portion of the city's infrastructure and bent it towards preparing for expeditions into the Far West.
He and Sovereign met when she arrived in the city to establish a powerbase.  They had cordial initial relations.
