Drawbacks and Flaws

Different sourcebooks refer to them as Major Drawbacks or Flaws. They're the same concept, so the terms are interchangeable for this game.   You may take up to two of these at character creation. You get an extra feat for each one. The drawback must actually hamper your character (thus a drawback that affects spellcasting is inappropriate if you're a fighter). You may also take one during play after something particularly bad happens to your character, if you don't already have two.   The following Drawbacks from Rogue Genius Games are allowed.
Distractible (The stacking penalty caps at -10.)
Easy Target
Farsighted (In addition to other effects, this causes a -1 penalty to initiative checks.)
Frail
Learning Impaired
Low Fortitude
Nearsighted (Perception checks are at -4, not halved.)
Oblivious
One Arm
One Leg (If you don't have a peg leg or similar device, you are considered entangled unless you're prone. If you take this drawback at character creation, the peg leg doesn't cost you anything.)
Overly Cautious
Slow Reflexes
Weak Will   The following Flaws from D&D 3.5 Unearthed Arcana are allowed.
Feeble
Noncombatant (Also apply the penalty to CMB and CMD.)
Pathetic
Slow   The following Flaws are my own creation.
Paranoid
Halve all benefits you get from Morale bonuses and the Aid Another action. Your distrust gives you a -2 penalty on Diplomacy checks, but a +2 bonus on Sense Motive checks.   Imperial Lackey
You are known for being a corrupt servant of the Empire before the emperor's death. Describe your previous role. Examples: tax collector, sheriff, vizier's apprentice. Even if you're trying to atone in the eyes of the people, they still don't completely trust you. To make matters worse, your unclear allegiance means loyal imperials don't trust you, either. You suffer a -4 penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy checks within the Lake Province, and some people you meet will have worse attitudes toward you.   Outlaw
You exist outside the Imperial legal system. Nothing anyone does against you is considered a crime. You can't legally own property. Some shopkeepers will refuse to do business with you. You suffer a -4 penalty to all Charisma-based checks when dealing with most authority figures in the Lake Province (if they listen to you at all).   Struggling Caster
You suffer a -2 penalty on all caster level checks. You must be a member of a class with a caster level equal to its hit dice (such as wizard, but not ranger) to take this drawback.
