Ikhroth

Ikhroth is the primary Queendom of Drow in The Acronian Sea. It is located underground deep beneath the isolated wildlands of southern Harkenlock. Its hidden caverns expand across a wide swath of subterranean territory, and its outermost tunnels stretch as far south as the Harkenlock coastline and some structures even stretch out into the sea, although they are so far down that they could never be seen from any shoreline.   Like most Drow territories, it subsists completely concealed from most citizens local to its surrounding region. Few commoners have heard of Ikhroth, some scholars even reject its existence, and most diplomatic relations with other governments are limited to secret councils of high ranking officials.   In the rare event that a Drow leaves her homeland to travel the world, she is assumed to be an abnormal elf at best, or a vampire or some monstrous sort of folk at worse.

Industry & Trade

The Drow of Ikhroth are content dominating the subservient species that dwell under ground with their borders, but do extend their bounties in some form of trade. Few formal states are willing to sanction trade deals with such a place, however the precious gemstones, high quality arms, and incredibly potent poisons of Draw craft attract more than a few gold coins on the black market. There exist entire smuggling rings and illicit trade routes dedicated solely to bartering with Ikhrothi merchants.
