Titivilus, Dispater's Trusted Right Hand

Titivilus is a Archdevil and the second in command to the Lord of the Second layer of Hell Dispater. His master has put him in charge of managing one of the many properties or planes that the Nine Hells has within its portfolio. Named Covenant after its Promise of Creation made with its Gods, the plane supplies fresh souls For Asmodeous and Dispater in particular, and as such it offers some small measure of importance to the Lord of the Second.
Titivilus now aware of the happenings on Covenant thanks to Malekai and Pollux has lent Pollux a magical staff in the shape of a pitchfork and temporary command over a company of Bearded Devils , and their Fallen Angel Commander. He has not divulged this information to his master Dispater yet.
