The Clanhold of Steelsea

The Clanhold is the governing body of Steelsea and is made up of several different clans of dwarves who all answer to the Triumvirate of Urgnor. They have grown rich and powerful off the rich trade the city produces and are content to keep thing the way they are. Unfortunately for them a large group of the population seem to oppose and due to their own laws have called a vote on if Steelsea should join New Dynthem and its promising new trade agreements or stick with the Clanhold and Urgnor.
