Seagram's Cap

Worn by an old Sea Druid and Caretaker of the Coast that watched the Town of Litchlight rise and fall before disappearing from his lighthouse home. He left behind his magical hat which now sits abandoned in his former residence.
The Cap gives its wearer the ability to speak with the creatures of the sea and a basic knowledge of how to traverse the waves as well as a +1 to their Charisma score.
