Duke Malekai (a.k.a. Duke of Pursuit)

Taking the form of an Eerily tall and stretched looking old man, Malekai  does his mysterious masters bidding on the Demi-Plane of Covenant  upholding an ancient magical contract with the Gods that once Ruled  this domain. Though the gods have seemingly disappeared over the past thousand years he still has been told to keep business as usual flowing. That has proven to be difficult as of late as more and more Inter-planar entities have begun to creep in and the Devil lacks the power to fully stop them and uphold the covenant they made.
A demon prince had forced his avatar into being on the plane and so Malekai had to rely on adventurers to aid him in finding the wretch before he gained too much of his power back after the summoning, Now he seeks a more permanent solution for his captured guest and begins making risky investments that may turn foul down the line. He travels back to the Nine Hells to ask his master counsel leaving a servant in charge of the Dark Prince's Prison.
