Crastor Dunlan

Former Dogman and New Owner of the Second Sin Brothel, he is a crude man but is often jolly in nature as long as he's having a good time. Prides himself on his establishments selection and ability to fit all needs. Seems to be more invested in running his business than appeasing the syndicate, and is one of the few  upper level dogmen who did not flee the city after the Long Watch raids. Surprisingly the Long Watch and other authorities haven't seemed to bother him since.
