The Noble cast of Apohpia choose their members. Out of the Commune of their young the noble families only choose the best and brightest to join them as the ruling class of the nation. They are Groomed since Graduation from the Commune by their Birth or Adoptive parents that have accepted them for various tasks and positions, including: Diplomats, Generals, Politicians, Heirs to the Throne itself. Those not Chosen are Cast into the numbers of the Blood of the Cobra to become clergy members, servants, and merchants.
