Arthur's Home (Formerly Octavian's)

After the discovery of Octavian's being a seat of power for the Cult in the town the new mayor and Arthur Mills made sure to completely  destroy any trace of the cult from within the building and convert it to a shelter where those that lost their homes or children that lost their parents can stay and be provided for by Arthur and his Mother's Milling Company until they are able to fend for themselves.
