Chief Scientist Nadia

Dr. Nadia is the Chief Scientist of the United Federation of Nations' Ministry of Sociology. In the Enclave, she worked for a cure for ghoulification, restoration of vegetable life to pre-Great War conditions, and other projects similar to the G.E.C.K. After the Enclave ordered her to create biological weapons, she defected out of disgust. A pacifistic idealistic woman, she claims her biggest achievement was the invention of a Universal language translator compatible for all species. As the Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Sociology, her research includes the fields of:
Biology: Food production, leader lifespan and policies, species modification, army types, some strategic resources.
Military Theory: Fleet command limit, naval capacity, army buildings and statistics, claim cost.
New Worlds: Tile blocker clearance, terraforming, starbase capacity, administrative capacity.
Statecraft: Unity, edicts, leader pool and recruitment, planetary and empire capitals.
The primary responsibility of the 3 Chief Scientists  is to promote the continued scientific development of the Federation while regulating dangerous technologies or fields of research. In addition to operating countless state-run research labs and facilities, the Ministry regulates private research companies, evaluates whether new technologies are ready for public use and regulates which fields of research are forbidden.
