High Marshal Karpov is the highest ranking military officer of the United Federation of Nations Army, the largest branch of the Armed Forces. A staunch militarist through and through, Karpov has always been an advocate for swiftly crushing enemies of the United Federation of Nations, often garnering disagreement from his peers and subordinates. Although recently managing warfare on a grand scale, he is still respected by his soldiers for taking charge during battles and multiple theaters, sometimes against the advice of his advisors. The High Marshal has two primary missions: Capturing planets, and maintaining control of planets. The High Marshal of is one of 5 high ranking government members needed to authorize the use of weapons of mass destruction.
