The Past
On February 25th, 1994, one of the Delta Green old guard, U.S. Army Major General Reginald Fairfield (retired), was assassinated by NRO Section DELTA, MAJESTIC’s counter-intelligence service.
Delta Green agents discover an infestation of living, unnatural “proto-matter”1 in Benton, Tennessee. The agents encounter alien Greys, most of the town dies of a virulent disease released
MAJESTIC covers up the mass-casualties as a supposed hantavirus outbreak.
But Phenomen-X managed to get some of the information right and started spreading the truth.
Phenomen-X shows up in several more operations “Glenridge Chiropractor” another instance of "unnatural" involvement that was thwarted by DG Friendlies. And this time Phenomen-X got blamed in the cover up. All under the supervision of Thomas Carson
Operation: Xocho started in New York trying to find the members of Team J Session Zero - Character Creation and the faith of Team J
Later some sewer workers came across an old government ID and returned it and it was flagged as missing/presumed dead from Team J. So a team consisting of NYPD officers went into the sewers resulting in what is now known as the "NYPD Deathsquad massacre" Episode 2 - Meat Box
Then in 2005 Agent JERRY (aka Martin Laurence Wentz, US Postal Service) was apprehended as he was breaking into into a successful Hollywood choreographers (Susan Xocho) house with a loaded firearm, and was shot by one of her security guards. He was arrested and charged with burglary, assault and attempted murder, based on the evidence police found in his car parked nearby. He was eventually imprisoned at the Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center.
As far as DG is concerned Agent JERRY haven't revealed any information regarding the organisation.
Concerning Arthur Hunt and the whole Hunt Electrochemical episode, there is not much known other than they are a very influential company but have stayed largely under the radar and not made too much headlines since the 1930's.
There was an unknown hypergeometric portal under the Ruins of Hunt Electrodynamics Plant #0004. The whole complex has since been filled with concrete and completely sealed off. See Future/Perfect - Trilogy for more information.
Douglas Yale and the mounds seems to be a unrelated incident to Arthur Hunt, but is instead focused on the New Star Crusade and its founder.
Aklo have turned up in several instances. Even connected so far back as Operation PUZZLEBOX and the documents found and archived. Shadows in Stone also contains traces of Aklo.

Regarding Extremophilia they suspect that the Grey was involved but no evidence was secured by your team. Also The Benthic Company was highly suspesious, especially their use of former special forces as security. And the way the just cleared out, leaving no trace.
Some lingering questions still remain, linking them to previous investigations particularly the Benton, Tennessee incident as we found some evidence that the water supply of Helena, Montana had been tampered with similarly to the Groversville incident.
