The capital of Itand has the unique distinction of being the only capital in Corvayn without a population. Since Itand has no formal federal government, the need for a capital does not exist. Tence is little more than a flat spot hidden within the Wandering Fields and can only be loosely referred to as the capital since this has historically been the place where August Elementals would come together in times of peace. This event is exceedingly rare since the August Elementals rarely have need to visit with another of their kind. Rather, they meet with another elemental when the parasites on their back have need and wherever they happen to cross paths; and when the elemental can be convinced that this need is great enough to call another elemental. The most remarkable aspect of the town is that the Champion Bindweed hasn't grown over the bones of temporary houses.
