Tooth Taker
Ghostly highwayman known for his spectral games of knucklebones, stealing teeth from his victims.

Poison Breath. Cone attack against sleeping or restrained targets. DC 13 CON or be poisoned, restrained, and charmed for 1d4+3 rounds. Affected creatures are compelled to follow the commands of Toothtaker.
Ghostly Presence. All nearby living creatures must succeed on a DC 12 WIS check or be overcome with a sense of dread, imposing disadvantage on attacks and checks until the Tooth Taker is defeated or the creature leaves the area.
Gilding: The noxious compounds that secrete from the Tooth Takers mouth will gradually transmute enamel to gold with prolonged exposure. At any given time, the toothtaker will have 4d6+8 teeth in various states of transition. Each tooth is worth 1d10 gold.
