Viggo Mola

Description

Viggo Mola is a wiry, weathered man in his late sixties, his deeply lined face bearing the scowl of someone perpetually unimpressed. His thin grey hair is slicked back, and his pale blue eyes gleam with suspicion and malice. He wears a threadbare brown apron over a dark tunic, and his bony hands are perpetually wiping down the bar with a rag that looks as old as the inn itself. A lingering scent of stew and wood smoke clings to him, giving him the air of someone who’s spent too long steeped in his own surroundings.

Personality

Viggo is a bitter and cantankerous man, deeply suspicious of outsiders and openly hostile toward non-human travellers. His gruff demeanor conceals a sinister streak, as he uses his position as innkeeper to keep tabs on visitors and report them to the Bowshot Run. He has little patience for questions and delights in unsettling his guests with veiled threats or dark rumours about the town. While he plays the part of a simple, grumpy innkeeper to most, those who look closer will notice a calculating and dangerous man who thrives on Bowshot’s insular, predatory traditions.
