Description: This crystalline bottle contains a potent, deadly liquid, which can be used as a weapon against undead. By uncorking the bottle and speaking a command word, you can pour a stream of holy water for up to 1 minute. Any undead that enters or starts its turn in the stream takes 3d6 radiant damage.

Curse: Once per day, you may use the decanter to cast Banishment (save DC 18) against an undead creature. However, each time the decanter is used, there is a 10% chance that the user becomes subject to a random curse until they can complete a long rest."
