Moira
Moira (the name given by this woman) is an older elf. She rescued the party from the cave where members of the 16th Regiment are killed by the Order of Bhethir. She herself was a member of the 16th Regiment centuries ago and escaped. She now helps other survivors of the 16th to escape and live in hiding.
