Wizard’s Stone

These devices are reservoirs for magical power. These devices may be used by sorcerers, magic users, illusionists and necromancers, but cannot be used by clerical classes like witches and druids. These are storage devices for magical energy. Small stones hold 3 points, medium stones hold 5 points and the largest ones hold 8 points. Stones can be mounted on amulets, rings or head pieces. Users can only employ one of these items at a time because they must make a mental connection with the reservoir a process that requires several hours to make the connection with the stone when it is acquired. Making a connection with a new stone will cause the owner to lose their connection with any previously owned stone.
